SAMPLE WEEK Schedule


In a typical week, students will be in class on Mondays and Wednesdays.

On Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, students will work in their internships.

Monday

Sales Kickoff: Foundational Principles & Real-World Exposure

10:00 AM - 11:30 AM: Masterclass: The Art of Sales & Influence​

Start the week with a powerful in-person session led by a seasoned sales leader. Cover topics such as building trust, identifying client needs, and creating value in every conversation.​

11:45 AM - 12:15 PM: Group Reflection​

Reflect on personal strengths and areas for growth in communication.

Lunch Break​

1:15 PM - 2:15 PM: Essential Skills: Building Value with Dale Carnegie & Grant Cardone​

Explore principles from How to Win Friends and Influence People and Cardone’s 10X Rule, focusing on building value and connecting authentically with clients.​

2:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Exercise: Rapid-Fire Sales Drills​

Hands-on drills where students pair up to practice delivering concise, value-focused pitches. Get real-time feedback on clarity, confidence, and adaptability.​

Wednesday

Developing Skills & Ethical Foundations

10:00 AM - 1:00 PM: Real-World Scenario: Outreach and Interviews

Visit a senior center to conduct interviews, practicing active listening and empathy. Focus on building connections and learning to ask meaningful, open-ended questions.​

Lunch Break

3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Ethics Session: Selling vs. Misleading (Choshen Mishpat)​

Study principles from Choshen Mishpat on honesty and transparency in sales. Discuss real-world applications and implications of ethical selling.​

2:00 PM - 2:45 PM: Debrief Discussion:

What did you learn about connecting across different experiences? How did empathy play a role?​​
