Choshen Mishpat
Weekly classes on Choshen Mishpat will explore the ethical dimensions of business and legal practices through topics such as Contracts and Agreements, Business Partnerships, Consumer Protection, and Liability and Risk Management. Students will delve into ethical considerations in employer-employee relations, dispute resolution, and corporate social responsibility, guided by Choshen Mishpat principles.
